Our Helpdesk service means we provide quick, cost effective troubleshooting.We answer your questions by telephone and can connect direct to your system and work online.You avoid the costs associated with an idle production line. Training
Knowledge is always a worthwhile investment – train yourself and become more efficient
Neither WoodEye nor knowledge of it remains constant. Personnel may leave and new employees need training. The production requirements can change - perhaps new timber must be hauled or new products manufactured. Upgrades and new functions emerge. In all cases, we can offer suitable training.

An up-to-date, sound knowledge about WoodEye is the basis for effective utilisation. It is also useful to provide revision training for your employees. It is encouraging and increases their commitment.

WoodEye is well-designed and carefully tested. Operational reliability is high. Should something unexpected happen, it’s to your advantage to be well-protected.
